A Native of Silver Spring, Debbie graduated from Springbrook High School then earned a Degree in Nursing from Montgomery College and the University of MD. After 9 years as a Registered Nurse and Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner, she got her Real Estate License. Her Father, Benjamin Dieudonne was the Broker & President of Woodside Realty Company in Silver Spring. Her Uncle, E.L."Bud" Dieudonne, was a well known and highly regarded Real Estate Appraiser & Broker in Silver Spring. You could say she grew up with the Real Estate Business in Silver Spring. For the past 23 years Debbie has worked as a full time Realtor specializing in Silver Spring Residential Real Estate.
Another Native of Silver Spring, Jean grew up in the Woodside Park Area of Silver Spring. She graduated from the Holy Names Academy in Downtown Silver Spring and attended the University of Maryland. Roslyn grew up with fabric, sewing and crafts all around her, stemming from her Mother, her Grandma Eula and her Aunt Gloria. While she didn’t inherit the sewing gene from these three ladies, the creativity and love of fabric was definitely inherited. After earning an MBA and working in corporate America in Phoenix, San Jose, Boston and DC. Roslyn learned about design and furniture placement from Lauri Ward, pioneer of interior redecorating and author of 'Use What You Have' Decorating. Highlights from the training was the opportunity to personally accompany Lauri on interior redesign consultations with real clients in NYC.The combination of Roslyn's corporate background, business education, fabric, color and design intuition has made her company a natural partner for the Silver Spring Real Estate Team. Roslyn works with our home sellers to stage vacant homes, develop a staging report for home sellers or work directly with sellers to declutter and stage with the current property for a quicker sale. Roslyn resides in Downtown Silver Spring.

Teri, a Silver Spring Native brings her long term knowledge of the Silver Spring area to our Team. A Graduate of Blair High School, Teri has resided in the Oakview Area of Silver Spring for the past 20 years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oakview Recreation Corp. Teri's Hard Work was Instrumental in the Restoration and Reopening of Oakview Community Swimclub. The Oakview Pool was the first Community Pool in Montgomery County and dates back to the early 1950's. Teri has also worked with Montgomery County in planning the new Elementary School that was just built in her Silver Spring Neighborhood. Before getting her real estate license Teri managed a chain of Audio Visual Equipment stores in the area.
